Learn to Code and Build Real Projects on ELATT’s Software Development Course for Sixth Form

ELATT’s Software Development course for Sixth Form students helps you develop the coding and digital problem-solving skills needed for today’s tech careers. You will get hands-on experience with programming fundamentals, APIs, game engines, and frameworks.

Throughout the course, you will design and build software projects, including websites and mobile apps. You will also explore object-oriented coding, design patterns, modern frameworks and APIs, and gain exposure to both frontend and backend development. With expert tutor support and real-world projects, you will build a portfolio that sets you apart, whether you are aiming for university, apprenticeships, or employment in the tech sector.

We offer preparatory courses and support to help you build the foundational skills needed for Level 3.

Entry Requirements

  • Completion of Level 2 Diploma or equivalent experience using text-based programming languages
  • Solid understanding of programming concepts, including object-oriented programming (e.g., Python)
  • Ability to work independently on coding projects
