Course Overview

The course will teach you how to work and communicate effectively in a business environment and learn the language of business. You will gain practical knowledge and skills and a qualification that will help you move into a career as a Secretary, Receptionist, Administrator, Personal Assistant, Office Supervisor, Team Leader or Manager.

You will become familiar with the software used widely in business and day to day in these roles.

This course will equip you with skills to work in an office supported by expert advice from experienced teachers. We also support you with employability, including opportunities to speak to industry professionals and access mentoring, volunteering and work experience.

We’re here for you as the UK emerges from the coronavirus pandemic: our Sixth Form classes are now all face-to-face, and we’re offering a mix of online and in-class options for our adult courses. You’ll receive the same personalised support whichever way you study at ELATT.

Meet Salma

Occupation: Office Administrator

This course has helped me a lot. Before I used to be worried about applying for work as I thought I would get rejected. Now I have much more confidence. I made new friends and I am able to communicate with others with greater confidence. I am now working in a job that I enjoy very much.
