Inclusive Learning in Action: Findings from ELATT’s Learner Support Evaluation

As we celebrate Neurodiversity Celebration Week, it’s a great time to reflect on the importance of fostering an inclusive learning environment where everyone, regardless of how they think or process information, feels valued and supported. At ELATT, we champion diversity by providing tailored support that empowers students to build confidence, develop new skills, and pursue their ambitions.

We are excited to share a recent evaluation of ELATT’s learner support programme by the Institute for Employment Studies (IES). The findings highlight the positive impact of our approach and the strategies we use to help students with diverse learning needs thrive in education and beyond.
