ELATT is a leading provider of education and training charity in London, dedicated to empowering individuals and transforming lives. At ELATT, we are passionate about providing high-quality learning experiences that equip our students with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in today’s competitive world.
But don’t just take our word for it – the numbers speak for themselves! Our latest data reveals some incredible achievements by our students, highlighting the impact of our programmes and support services.
Focus on Progression and Employability: ELATT is more than just qualifications. We are committed to providing holistic support, including mentoring, careers advice, and personal development workshops, to help our students thrive in all aspects of their lives.
Work Experience Opportunities: ELATT students are well-equipped to succeed in the job market. An impressive 34% of our students were in paid work at the end of the year!
This success is partly due to the valuable work experience opportunities we provide, giving students a taste of the real world of work and so boosting their employability. In 2023-2024, 41% of Adult Vocational students and 96% of Sixth Form students participated in work experience and engagement with our industry partners.
Good Work & Economic Empowerment: At ELATT, we believe in equipping our students for long-term success, and that includes financial wellbeing. Of the students who moved into employment during the year, 63% found work paying the London Living Wage or above, demonstrating our positive impact on their earning potential and quality of life. We are committed to empowering our students to thrive both personally and professionally.
Community Engagement and Volunteering: ELATT is more than just a place to learn; it’s a hub for growth and giving back. We believe in hands-on experiences that build both skills and community connections.
That’s why we encourage our students to participate in volunteering and community work alongside their studies. In 2023-2024, we were thrilled to see 78% of Adult Life Skills students and 92% of Sixth Form students contributing to our community through these enriching activities.
